Please try the following before filling out a maintenance request. Staff and contractors are not allowed in your RVs under any situation.
Electrical Issues
Breaker Kicked In RV: If your breaker has kicked in your RV that would indicate that you are pulling too many amps on that circuit. Try not to run too many appliances on one independent circuit (microwave, toaster, heater, etc). Try turning off all your breakers and slowly turning them back on to see what is kicking the breaker.
Breaker Kicked At Pedestal Outside: If your main breaker did not kick inside your RV you might be pulling too much electricity from the Pedestal and causing the breaker to kick. You might have an issue with your main in your camper or you are pulling more than 50 amps. Try turning off all your breakers and slowly turning them back on to see what is kicking the breaker.
Water Issues
Faucet Outside Leaking - Check to see if your connection to the faucet is tight and secure. If not, tighten the connection. If it is still leaking, unscrew your hose connection and check for any damage from the weather/sun. Look closely at the rubber washer inside the hose. If you have another hose try to troubleshoot the connection with a good hose to see if that fixes the leak. If your hose is leaking in the winter time it more than likely froze because it's not insulated properly.
Water Leaking Inside Camper - Turn the water faucet outside off and check connections to your camper. Contact an RV repairman or plumber to see what the issue is.
Sewage
Sewage Not Flushing - Check to make sure you are not overloading the sewer ability in your camper (flushing tampons, wipes, diapers, etc). Make sure you have plenty of force/water to flush your sewage. Have you been having issues in the past with your toilet? It might be time to upgrade your toilet as they are typically only designed for recreational use (5 - 10 years max). Unhook your connection to the sewer hookup outside and see if there is a blockage. If not there is an issue inside your camper or sewage hose.
WIFI
My Device Isn't Connecting To Smith River RV Park WIFI - Do you have another device connected to the WIFI? If not, try to connect to another device to troubleshoot the connection. If your other device is working on the WIFI then it is an issue with the device or the setup. The most common fix is a power reset on the device but follow your manual for instructions on how to connect to WIFI.
Low Signal Or Losing Signal - If you are using the device in your trailer it is more than likely the trailer interfering with the connection. Try troubleshooting the signal issue with another device or go outside your trailer to see if you get a signal. If you get a signal outside and not inside, the device or trailer will likely interfere with the signal. If it's a cheaper device they don't use great components and they might have a weak antenna or poor design.
