We are here for 3 months and have been here for 3 weeks now. The park is new and coming together, but is nice, and new. Laundry room and bath house is nice and large. Nice shop up front. But most importantly, the staff that runs this place top to bottom are amazingly nice and helpful and really seem to like their job. As we all know, employees can make or break a place. Then you are right on the river. What’s better!

Great park. Employees were very courteous. Great new dog park and run. New washers and dryers. It was very easy to park the rv. Very relaxing by the river. The new owners are doing a great job of making it a family friendly park. There is lots to do in the area.

Nice people all around. The park itself could use some work, but we make our own fun. A bit costly for the amenities and cleanliness. You are charged more for "river front" which you can't see, or access - really no reason to charge extra.Last, I'm not sure whether it's a product of new ownership with a rollover from the last owners but this is not currently a weekend campground. It is more of an extended stay for workers and long term summer campers. There is so much potential, it just depends on the direction of the new ownership.
